THE TIME BETWEEN SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

Orders are usually processed and shipped 24 to 48 hours after they are received. Orders within Canada are shipped and delivered by the “Canadian Postal System". Canada Post shipping time ranges between 3 - 4 business days on a “Business Expedited” delivery.
Orders in the U.S. are delivered by FedEx and their shipping time ranges between 3-9 business days depending on radius.
Boba Tea International is not responsible for packages arriving late or any natural disaster on a local or national level. Such examples are floods, earthquakes, spills, flat tires, union strikes etc.
Due to shipping restrictions, not all products that are available can be delivered to overseas or international destinations. Large and heavy items are the most notable exceptions. Contact us by Email and we can clear all matters regarding shipping destinations if unsure.

 

TRACKING DOWN YOUR ORDERS

Have your tracking number, order # or S.O. # when tracking down your order. Due to the high volume of goods leaving our warehouse. Boba Tea International cannot notify everyone regarding their order. Please Email our shipping department at service@boba.us and we will send you your notification messages on your product's whereabouts.

REFUND POLICY

We want to be your number one supplier of ingredients and promotional goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services. We hope you will bring the issues to our attention.
Issues regarding Products or service, please Email us at service@boba.us. Our staff will deal with all matters promptly to ensure our customers full satisfaction.
Information regarding product returns is to be emailed to service@boba.us or by telephoned. Our office phone number is 778 895 2170. Boba Tea International will answer every Email or reach you by phone after finding out more about the product in question. You will be given a return "Authorization Number" for returning products.
Please note that unauthorized returns without an authorization number is a refused item and will not be accepted for refund.
Boba Tea International reserves the rights to refuse returns that are not sent back within one week of authorization. Keep in mind that some merchandise is easily damaged or are perishable goods and should be kept safe and at appropriate temperature.

Please package all "Returning Products" into their original packages or boxes. Have the package clearly marked "returning products" and shipped back to our corporate office prepaid by you.
Upon receipt of the return merchandise, Boba Tea International will credit your Credit Card or refund you either by Cheque or Credit Voucher.
There will be a 15% charge for all Bubble Tea supplies returning. This cost includes the restocking charge, shipping charges for the product in question.

Boba Tea International does not sell or share your Email or mail information with any parties. In addition, we do not Tele-Market or do we share or sell your information to Telemarketers.
Boba Tea International have strict policies safe-guarding our customer's privacy and security. All customer information is strictly private and confidential. We do not share, sell, or trade customer information.
